The Week in Phonophotos

This week in homeschool history: Johnny Clem and taking a stand for what you believe in, no matter your age

Field Trip! To Old Salem for Saturday with Saint Nicholas, in which we learned about how Christmas was celebrated by children in Salem in the early 1800s. George also learned about the history of the actual man who was Saint Nicholas.

Here George concentrates on a literature project, in which he had to make his own list of 101 of something; he chose to make his list nutcrackers he would like to have. This is an activity he did after reading (and very much enjoying) 101 Ways to Bug Your Parents.
