Puppets, ahoy!

We finished our school week a day late this week with a field trip to Raleigh. Last night we saw Paperhand Puppet Intervention at NCMA. This is the same troupe we saw last year.

This year's show, Invisible Earth, tackled evolution (sadly I didn't get a photo, but trust me, the trilobite puppets were fantastic) and global warming in a way that was understandable, accessible and clever.

This was a balanced ecosystem, in harmony

George's favorite -- this enormous lit-up man was brought into the ampitheater as individual lanterns
