Today Chef George prepared homemade Bolognese Sauce, though he was flabbergasted by the inclusion of red wine in the recipe and felt it necessary to remind me that, "I'm not exactly 21, Mommy."
Yes, George, I know. You enjoy Civil War history, church architecture, and music of the 1940s. By my calculations you're in your mid-eighties.
